Free income tax preparation is available at MCPL locations by trained volunteers for low-to-moderate income Montgomery County taxpayers — especially seniors 60 and over. Call 240-777-2577, Monday through Friday, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm to make an appointment starting January 30, 2017.   The RSVP/AARP Tax-Aide Program also offers appointments  Self-schedule.

Community Tax Aid

Walk-in service only; no appointments; first come, first served.  For individuals with no more than $35,000 in income and families with no more than $52,000.
