Everymind’s Mental Health Resource Guide

Mental health is defined by the World Health Organization as a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.  That state of being mentally healthy exists along a continuum and for some can vary widely day to day.

Here in Montgomery County, EveryMind has developed this printable guide of local and national resources, hotlines, support groups and other resources that provide mental health support.  It is available on the Everymind website.
