This guide responds to a need for consumers, families, referral agencies, and behavioral health providers to have ready access to basic information about treatment
protocols, the full range of available services, payment mechanisms and how to access services, including crisis intervention, counselling, mental health intake, specialty
and support programs and services relating to drug and alcohol use including assessment, detox, treatment, and support programs.
